I received a Master of Science in Forest Resources and Conservation from the University of Florida in August of 2025. During that time, I studied fire ecology under Dr. Victoria Donovan.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Northern Kentucky University in May of 2022. During that time, I studied disease ecology under Dr. Alison Parker.
At the University of Florida, I explore changing large wildfire patterns across the eastern United States as well as the Great Plains.
At the USDA Agricultural Research Services, I investigated the effects of wildfire on rangeland ecology and herbivory.
At the U.S. Forest Service, I fought wildland fires and assisted with prescribed burning for conservation purposes.
At the University of Cincinnati, I investigated changes in platelet function following transcatheter valve interventions (TAVR/TMVR).
At Northern Kentucky University, I studied oviposition patterns in Culex mosquitoes and the role of maternal helminths on offspring neuroinflammation.
